There's the old Digi Specialized Store and the newly opened Digi Centre in Pyramid... i don't think there will be any shortage.

Does anyone know if the Digi centre in BTS had any iPhone 4 16GB stock within the last 5 days? I went on Sunday to replace my problematic phone, and was told there was no stock. I asked the rep there to reserve a unit for me, and he told me to call him back everyday to ask if there was stock. I called him everyday since tuesday, and everyday it was the same answer "no stock today". It wouldn't surprise me if there was indeed stock but they gave priority to new customers and left us poor souls with broken iPhones cold.

why so difficult one?

i think it depends also la. maybe each centre gets a fixed amount of stocks per period.
so if the centre got a lot of demand, tht's why slower lo :/

they have stocks for sales but no stocks for replacement...

most, if not all replacement stocks are refurbished set. new stock and refurbished stock are different thing. maybe they need to send back to Sg to claim replacement but it shouldn't take more than a week to do so.

Is it within our rights to demand for a new unit? The Digi CSR I spoke to says I can have a 1-for-1 exchange, and he also said most of the new stock that comes in will be used to replace faulty phones. That implies I will be getting a new unit right?

I heard rattle sound from my iPhone 4 . I suspect is the on and off button. Do I entitle to claim the warranty and mostly how long to do so .

I have the number of a Digi rep there and have been calling him for the past 4 days asking for stock availability for my iPhone replacement. Everyday the answer is the same- no stock. Of course maybe there is stock but they're keeping it for new customers. Or maybe he means refurbished replacement units are not in stock. But anyway if you decide to go I suggest reaching there at 9.30am.
