hsienhsien : you need to pay minimum RM58 (only with autobilling). Extra charges will be above the RM58.
supplementary lines ... I'm not sure. please contact Digi directly.

@mr_habuk no, its a plan for iPhone4 only. if you really want it for another phone, buy it with the plan and try to sell off the phone to someone here.

@huiqing88, thanks for the correction. as you can see, the fella who is gonna pay the money couldn't be bothered to read the website, so I figured I'd confuse him some more.
forum is not for asking things that are already explained in detail on the websites.

@MyKy44 yup, that's correct. its only if you have really large charges unbilled (like RM400) that you need to pay first & get the bill later.

@sai86 this is your first Apple product right? what you signed up for is provided by Chartis, notice the big freaking logo at the bottom?
Apple warranty will be issued by Apple, never by any 3rd party

here's the way. if they cannot supply iPhone4 to you within 7 days, port back out! why should they have your business if they don't have the device?

@ LancerDragoon no, really? auto-billing means your merchant (Digi) will auto-charge your card for x amount each month.
that's not gonna work with a debit card, obviously.
just get a credit card. 'nuff said.

@ ahpingko aren't you on the iDigi plan? then its unlimited data. don't worry.
@danielnyf you only need to pay RM2090 for the phone n then just make sure to pay your monthly iDigi bills. the monthly commitment is monthly ...

@ zaxwin please contact the hotline... the forumers are not Digi staff and do not always provide correct info.
AFAIK you can just convert from a supp-line to a primary line holder during the registration for iPhone 4 ...

iPhone4 warranty can be claimed (at a minimum) at the telco official centres.
For Maxis, some Maxis Partners will accept warranty claims, but I prefer to direct people to a proper Maxis Centre.
AFAIK, Digi customers can claim at any Digi Centre, or the original Digi partner they purchased from.

@shiyau you pay RM2090 when you get your phone. no advance payment. when your iDigi bill arrives, you pay that.
if you want to pay by EPP (easy payment plan AKA installment plan) ... then you have a different calculation.

@ Seng_Kiat IINM, there's no penalty, cos you would lose your RM25 per month discount, so Digi will profit anyway. please do check your copy of your contract, or call the Digi hotline for confirmation.
