In every city in the Adv Guild, the NPC you meet, (like UlDah's Momodi) has option of "Getting Started" click on it, and you'll see two option of tutorial about Guildleve and Retainer.

The Jan issue of PCGAMER give the review rating of 30 only for the game....damn sad

Well imho I think pcgamer was being quite generous with the mess during launch. Review should be done on a out of the box and not including any updates made.
