1. Do I have to purchase the CD in order to play the game? Is it possible to download it?

2. What is the different between the Standard and Collectors Edition?

3. Are these CD available in stores?

4. I understand from reading blindly , that there are few region versions. Do I pick the North America version (from youbeli.com? )

I think SE reply is quite fast.

Last time I have problems with registering from click and buy (AU) when I send out enquiries, they get back to me with 24 hours. Very efficient.
Sadly problem unsolve, in the end have to use friend's credit card.

Its been awhile since i read the FFXIV lowyat post.
Looks like most of us are having payment problems too ... Sigh...

I registered while I was in AU during studies, and the only payment method they have when you register in AU is Click & Buy.

At first I thought the only way for me to play is :
Purchase a Two way AirAsia ticket to Melb, reopen my bank account, put in some cash, get a debit card.
Estimate start up cost to play : RM 2000+

Luckily for Australia customer service, I am able reopen my bank acc through the phone! woot!
debit card coming in a week.
