Nokia will definitely repair. Nokia probably offers the best after sales service.
It's just that the workmanship of NCC is not so good. Cause some scratches on someone's phone and it's not fitted properly and stuff like this.
I experience it as well. My X6 is not fitted perfectly. The board is not fitted properly hence got minor spacing between the housing and the Component.

who have been using naked screen and still no sign of scratchess?

seems like gorilla glass is quite resistant to scratches so i wanna take out my sp.....

I having this problem before also, playing games when charging, then it wont go to screen saver.

SOLUTION for this : preview the screen saver

i'm using naked n8 since day 1 till it dead... so far not a single scratch...
but naked screen do have finger mark and oily from your ear wax all the time...

just a matter of time
my 2nd generation ipod touch also naked for years then got 2 obvious scratches... probably i put with keys.

go buy oleophobic SP, duwan matte liao...got damn many light spectrum

dun dare hehe. Somemore with clear sp the phone looks better

all these cases have 1 biggest flaw, although full of holes BUT!! NO hole on the video recording mic...

No need to compare to Super AMOLED, the problem I stated is worst than those old Nokia phones, sincerely, this is too obvious and it's the first time I encounter such problem. If it's a problem, then it's a problem, and we should find solution for it, not pretend it's not there.
If it's a limitation of the technology/display type, then nothing much we can do except perhaps Nokia should stay away from this type of display, BUT THEN, does other AMOLED screen have this issue?

What IF it's software problem? It could be fixed, but if we pretend it's not there, nobody notice it, the problem will not be resolved.

What IF only this display use by N8 having this problem why others don't? Should we still pretend it's not there? Even if it can't be replace, I wouldn't pretend nothing is wrong. It's still usable but it's just another issue/weakness (just like the speaker placement, mono speaker, etc) that we have to live with (unless something can be done).
