Heard news that they are having problem with sub contruction company. Thats the reason for the slow progression.
Anyone can clarify that ?

I live near seringin and I have no idea what you mean by "they actually can vp if they wanted to" because the construction is nowhere near ready for that.Top management is conducting QC floor by floor.
