the last time when i go over only left less than 5 units (bumi release according to SA) but the price were all > 1mil.

too late... launch price 600K+ for smallest unit around 1500.... 2+1 bedrooms. spacious bedrooms. fully sold out.
now only left 1800 sf above.....and last time only from 800K+... now rose until over 1 mil+...

LOL 1800sf long time no more
Even 2128sf no more
Left maybe penthouse and garden villas

oh.... i am out dated .......last time i go 1800 sf still available and already selling over 1 mil+. launch price only 800K+

I might re-visit again the Jadite @ Jadehill for the bigger unit 1464sf for 640K.. seems quite good price, low psf.
Dilemma, one is gamuda brand, another one is Zalam-Main con brand..
I just worried CT not on par quality as others...
but so far their 1Sentul and Alam Puri has good response...hmm

Most, or maybe all of the decent views in Jadite should be gone by now but it's pricing is definitely attractive. Gamuda is definitely a trustworthy developer based on its track record, hardly heard any complaints on their past projects but the way Zalam promoted CT and how chulk is responding to our many queries do give me some confidence on CT, and that was one of the main reason i placed my booking. To add on to that, Zalam's previous quality is definitely not on the high end side thus we can't expect CT to be different as well

but somehow the gamuda brand and track record give me more confident..eventhough jadite suite is not that near to city compare to cloudtree...but it's located at jade hill with high class environment..and the price is lower....


it's just like same amount of money...

chose between normal design condo at mont kiara, or modern design condo at segambut...



will pay a visit to jadite suite this weekend....640k for 1400sqf is very spacious and quite reasonable price for new condo at jadehill

seems like this is kind like a hidden gem...no many ppl pay attention to it, but it's more for long run play, can keep for own stay...

imagine drive back home though jade hill nice landscape roads....syok...
