Friend brought me to visit her 1523sf unit. After ending into the unit, I was shocked with the layout! There's no proper kitchen layout, the bathtub at the master bed room looks so mini! N u can only put the queen size bed at the master room shocking.gif

As for the facilities, I find the weirdest thing is the steam room and sauna room where they are being shared, not separated by male and female. Not only that, usually after having sauna or steam, u come out n take shower. Guess what, u have to walk outside (near the pool area) then go inside the other room to take shower sweat.gif

OK, about the eco green concept, that depends on how an individual perceive it. To me, there's nothing much to shout about.

How's the subsale? I heard many investors for Seringin cannot get their units sold due to poor layout and potential buyers cannot get loan approved.

Ya! the facilities are not really practical compared to Le Yuan. Can see many people like to utilise the facilities in Le Yuan during weekend, even organise full moon party, bbq party, etc. Seringin facility very quiet during weekend, so confirm many Seringin buyers are investors, not for own stay.

No la, LY facility better than Seringin la. Even Seringing owner also says that. Many investors in Seringin also la, else why Seringin so quiet and less lights at night? look at LY, many units turn on the light le cool2.gif

This project fails because the architect and the former project director did a very bad job. that's also why SHC handed over the units late. Layout not practical, that's the killing factor. Many investors there, tot SHC project sure can earn big money. Mana tau the layout sucks.
