Friend brought me to visit her 1523sf unit. After ending into the unit, I was shocked with the layout! There's no proper kitchen layout, the bathtub at the master bed room looks so mini! N u can only put the queen size bed at the master room
 As for the facilities, I find the weirdest thing is the steam room and sauna room where they are being shared, not separated by male and female. Not only that, usually after having sauna or steam, u come out n take shower. Guess what, u have to walk outside (near the pool area) then go inside the other room to take shower  OK, about the eco green concept, that depends on how an individual perceive it. How's the subsale? I heard many investors for Seringin cannot get their units sold due to poor layout and potential buyers cannot get loan approved.
