Hello! I have a problem with my graphic card msi HD 7870 twin frozr. I have a random black screen whenever i tried to install the driver so this graphic card is pretty much useless. I would like to rma this card but who should i contact?

I doubt the warranty is still valid for a 7870. Your card has 5yr warranty?

Guys...I not sure am I in the right place...
My MSI GTX670 power edition twin frozr only one fan is working...the other one just spin for few seconds when I startup my pc...

I have no idea what's going on...isit the fan faulty?if yes,any idea that can we just change the fan?

however i'm having trouble with registration at MSI website due to they want 2nd serial number which can't be located within my gtx1080 only have 1st serial number on the board.

have u tried to force fan to spin with MSI Afterburner?

yup i was refer to that however for GTX1080 doesn't have this 2nd serial number.maybe later i post some picture that more understanding.

Yes bro...I just did to force fan to spin at 100% and the second fan finally spin...but I thought it is designed to spin both fan at the same time and same rpm?
If not wrong...msi gtx670 got dust removal function which 2 fan will spin very fast and reverse to get the dust remove when u boot your pc up...but when I boot up...the second fan is only spin for few seconds then stop and the first fan is spinning very fast and reverse

What is the difference between this two? =)

I cant my find second serial number aslo. my one is GTX 1070 Gaming. there is blackplate cover the pcb. i only found first serial no.

hi all, after doing some research and comparison i pretty much decided on msi b150m pro-vdh as it meets my criteria - single gpu, no oc, 4xddr4, sata express, plenty of ports, price.
