dont foresee astro improving the quality of SD channels.. since their the sole entertainment provider which is the richest in content in Malaysia without any good competitor, therefore there's no reason for them to buck up or loss any customers regardless of complaints.
*
Yes I agree, they see no reason why they should improve or listen to customers, firstly cos no good competetitors, mostly sleeping with licences, and the next been they hv full govt. support. See how they carry the govt via astro kasih, see how they claim credits for the UPSR 2010 via Tutor, they may one day be the nation's sole main broadcaster.

They can be counted as two channel.

LI > 9pm to 9am
Food Network Asia > 9am to 9pm

So, they are 2 separated channel on joint channel. (At least, according to Astro...)

I think measat 3a is used to beam to India and could not be anticipated for local beaming. Bollywood tv seems to be an IPTV type of network not normal Tv

Dont they work according to astro's instructions ? cool2.gif 393 is targetted to attract Malay customers even the trailer for it was in BM, so the other subtitles became irrelevant there, thats my opinion. notworthy.gif

If TM grant to lease their fiber to astro than astro IPTV can be lunch instead of HyypTV right now. But I think TM will not do that because it can kill it TM IPTV business. laugh.gif

Everyone wait..didnt someone posted on an earlier thread that Astro are not planning to launch IPTV in the near future..I think the post noted that it was slated to be implemented late next year? I think Astro are focusing on video on demand at the moment..

Astro IPTV will be put in place once YTL starts operation..IPTV will become Astro's weapon in hand..thats my opinion only..
