The 13 Tribes thing can only be found in related promotion info regarding Kiva (specifically about the movie - it is also stated in the Japanese Wiki though), only a little bit of the settings were used in Kiva.

Kiva is awesome because of Otoya a guy that is so bad on the surface yet convey his true feelings through his musics

at the end of Kiva there are hints of continuation in movie form but maybe due to low gross for the movie with Arc they cancel the plan and go with Deno spamming. I don't mind W spamming since W is awesome

He is using T1, not T2.

Philip destroyed the Ex Bicker and also disabled Eternal Maximum Drive, T2 memories end up going back to their owners and T1 re-enabled again.
