Actually looking at the occupany in M City, its really not that shabby after all..at least 50% or more occupied. |

The main issues here are location and accessibility...
if it was linked to an lrt/mrt and in a "more desirable" location where there are younger professionals - it would probably be a non issue in terms of it being a duplex and all.. ie concept wise.. This post has been edited by nookie188: Dec 11 2018, 09:57 AM |
