Actually looking at the occupany in M City, its really not that shabby after all..at least 50% or more occupied.

The main issues here are location and accessibility...

if it was linked to an lrt/mrt and in a "more desirable" location where there are younger professionals - it would probably be a non issue in terms of it being a duplex and all..
ie concept wise..

Nevertheless to have to pay 70 sen is very very expensive - imagine having to pay this and more for years and years - you do the math

haha..well that is a funny way of determining whether its worth it or not based on absolute value alone..
