I think the management need to set up more  precautions and set up punishment to those liable to the vandalism. I am not saying they doing their job but need to do more.

In any case, I am pleased with occupancy rate so far, better than my expectation.

The last time I checked is around RM 1,200 per sqft after discount. Note this also depends on sizes as smaller units will be more expensive.

not bad at all.  2 yr ago MS quoted this price for normal studio. downward trend is good for most,  sad for investors.

Agree..m city i think is good project..better than elements and arte..now is downtrend cycle..so just hold on..they just share auction unit..there is maybe other lucky guy want to invest with lower price taking advantage of this current market..if u understand how market cycles u will not call that as noise and toxic

U see. most of the owners who make noise really are new buyers. They dont have enough experiences in the real world.

In any situation, with the retail and residential unit in one building, the retail share units will overwhelmed the residential units. So they are not in the right picture.

How irony all 3 projects freehold and bearing KL address yet not doing well at all.
