There is a demand over supply, agents taking tenants call non stop and didn't even have enough time for lunch, more like price war among tenants.

Could mean glass used is too thin, couldn't take wind load, vibration or movement. After replacement, unless thicker glass is used, likely to crack again.

With number of units VP, holding time is longer than most expected and pressure to dispose will build up with holding time.

Ampang park mall owners are fighting for a unreasonably high acquisition price, they are unlikely to get what they want and will concede eventually. mrt2 won't be operational until 2022.

The biggest lots "bought" by vg is likely bought by investor or ms director intended to rent to vg.
