This news most likely come from the other competitors of Mah Sing. Especially those nearby developments. However I don't think M City abandoned will do any good for them. Coz the others view will be seriously affected.

haha, most of the time, Element not visible. U got to choose the right angle.

Once the other new building complete, element will be the hidden element.

Actually rental insufficient to cover will be more apparent in 2014 and 2015 launches as too many option available and price increase. Coupled with that, many new investors went in.

However for m suite, unless u are very late buyers, those earlier buyers would have money.


The same stories happen else where too.

M city will late in completion but at least u will be compensated. Some other developer might even nego with buyers.

the point is if M City suffer, Element also affected.

It is nothing new for developer to offer as market is bad. SEG, Sunway, IGB, IJM, or others also doing the same. As M City only left with small no of units, it is the logical for developer to do so.

Anyhow, i just dont see Element will have a better roadmap ahead once other project complete la... It will be a HIDDEN ELEMENT.

i only invest for profit only. If u so insist on quality, MS is not the best and also not the worst. There are others many times lousy than MS and yet those investors love them crazy. Cos them make money.

i am currently staying MS products and i dont find any problems with that. In fact, if u really concern on quality, there are lots more worst than MS outside. At least in MS, they respond to you.
