anyway, i just got to say i am collecting rental every month there. Plus the Village Grocer is a tiny one so they didnt rent it.

I think there is a gap there. So if u listen to some agents play.. Dont invest in MCity.

But i have no issue in M City and the internal build quality for my unit is good. The lelong situation is everywhere. Just check Auction site will do. It is also good time to get bargain.

U see. most of the owners who make noise really are new buyers. They dont have enough experiences in the real world.

In any situation, with the retail and residential unit in one building, the retail share units will overwhelmed the residential units. So they are not in the right picture.
