My sister just installed SP6000 c/w DWMP3 module.
Any idea what caused the Phone notification malfunctioning.
The system doesn't able to call out once the alert is triggered.

Guys need some help on the following...

1) for windows without grille... Do you put magnetic or shock sensor ?

2) for windows with multiple opening, do you need one sensor fir each opening ? Eg the window is stiitting on one window frame but you can open only half of if as it is made of two windows panel.. Some even come in 4 pieces (2 big panel and two mini panel at the top).. So one frame one sensor or every panel one sensor ?

3) where do you all put PIR ? I'm planning one at the car porch... One for jackroof... How.many is needed for roof ? Was thinking whether it is needed in the living hall, backyard and 1st floor living hall...

Appreciate some inputs from you all.. Cheers 😊

I would like to replace my faulty FBII XL2T alarm system. Replacing with same controlboard with battery+labour cost RM670.

Replacing whole system with Paradox Spetra SP6000 with 2 keypads+battery+labour cost only RM1079, but also comes with the following accessories which I could keep for future use:
- 10 units Vibration Sensor (AVS001)
- 5 units Magnetic Sensor (AMC001)
- Siren Box, Siren Horn, Strobe Light & Tamper Switch

Think it is a no brainer to go for Paradox. Any comment?

Both are exclude installation. U should get the quotation from the installer together with its system and accessories then u may see a better pricing

Installation may not be simple, but if you are a know how of alarm wiring, and know how to adjust alarm sensitivity. It should not be that hard maybe a one full day of work. Adjustments and configuration may take couple of hours.

You need to first know your wiring zoning.

I replaced my old FBI system which was struck by lightning with Paradox Sp6000 which I bought from Rakuten but all is not well. According to installer all wires are affected too so need to rewire which cost more the whole SP6000 package. Is it possible are wires are severed? What equipment can I use to test whether the conceal wiring are severed?
