Hi , i am a noob when comes to this things. I starting to reno my semi-d now... the house comes with alarm system from developer but all the white sensor things is install on the window... when i install grille can i just ask wiring people to install on the grille or i have to change all?

It depend on what type of sensor currently on the glass.perhaps you can show some photo here

saw an alarm system named Arm Pro during my walk at Big HomeXpo at bukit jalil few months ago and it was not bad, heard they are coming again.. maybe can have a look there. cool2.gif cool2.gif

just bought a pre-owned house equipped with Paradox system, anyone here who has contact that can support and maintain the system? want to find out more about the system and add accessories and all.. meantime original owner migrated overseas, difficult to get hold of him to find out

How do you mean maintain? I think mostly here battery replacement the only maintenance they do. You can test the system yourself from time to time. Accessories should be easy as Paradox mainly plug and play if not mistaken.

Did they give you the code, and maintenance code? without one of it (can't recall which one), you need to send back to the Paradox service center to reset.

You should know how many sensors installed, and can easily determine them by testing a bit. Just press the zone you want to test and hold. It will beep when it gets triggered.
As for manual, most Paradox systems share the same I think. The trouble codes aren't that complicated, like 8 for power supply failure or something. You can find it online and download a copy. Most Paradox owners will have one.
Most I think is maybe you need the installer code. Maybe can be had from the Paradox installers, think it's standard.

Call Winson at 012 206 0138, he handles paradox alarm systems and priced quite decently. Used him before as well.
