Hi, new housing area which do not have TM line, alarm cannot trigger / send notification, is there any other solution?

Get the gsm module, but that doesn't come cheap, according to my installer, around rm1k. I'm in the same situation as urs, still thinking whether to get the module or not.

typically cables for signal and electrical are separated for a certain distance. this is because electrical cables will cause interference. i might be wrong, but maybe others can chime in.

Hi would like to check with your. If your home alarm is activated will it affected the connection to CCTV?

My technician tell me that is TM-Net problem. Once alarm trigger then will cause the internet down that why the connection will lost. Is it truth?

my house doesn't come with telephone lines. everything by TM fibre optic. so now, TM says no available ports for us yet.

if this is the case, what options do i have? is an alarm with GSM module and a new sim card the only option?

another question, the ADT will contact the police if they can't reach us, correct? do the police actually come and how fast?

Paradox can trigger a phone call to you over Unifi VOIP when there is an alarm, at least it works for me.
