Yes you can subscribe to third party CMS provider like ADT and Chubb.

hmm, I don't see the need unless you are out station most of the time and have no relatives nearby to help monitor.

I see that some forummers have the Paradox SP6000 series and had it work with Unifi (fiber line). Paradox VDMP3 Plug-In Voice Module?

Anyone knows if this module will work with Maxis Home internet Fiber line?

Thanks!

Yes it does. You will need to chg some settings in you modem/router. Call maixs fibre line and they will assist you. Mine works fine. Go to http://192.168.1.254. They had to chg something in toolbox from +3db to -3db I cannot recall exactly how to get there now.

Anyone is using SF Intellitech Alarm System?

I booked the package last year in a home reno exhibition and now is ready to install.

I called the salesman last two weeks and nvr reply. Later on he sent me a sms said he is overseas.

Few days later he called me said he will arrange someone to install the wire. Now 1 week gone and no one call me.

Just would like to know what action I can taken against him e.g request for refund of deposit?

Any one can recommend good and reliable one?
