Decided to write some riffs after listening to waaaaaaay too much Lamb of God.....
Sorry for the sloppy work..... my timing is off and my arm got tired near the end.
Any double pedal drummers want to help me out with a drum track???

EDIT: Something wrong with the link...... will rapidshare it instead.

I cannot download from that link cos the limit's been exceeded. Transfer it to a collectors account so that more people can donwload you song....

Here is my song (it's not really a song but just some riffs and a solo over it), I'd call it a demo thing anyway, unfinished song...
Please give me constructive comments thanks.... The guitar were recorded with Digitech RP250 anyway, the guitar was borrowed, I don't have one......

Sweet Tooth made some song with the Hatebreeder solo chord progression somewhere...I decided to fool around with my own improv. Kindly comment, thanks!

Recorded with Ibanez K7 guitar and Roland Microcube amp with PC mic.

Thanks for your kind comments, ppl! smile.gif

I used Sonic foundry acid pro 3.0
Maybe it sounds clear coz I panned the solos to the left and right, and also coz I used a pariah mic, so it's not very sensitive and didn't capture 'wind sounds' or wutever..dono much about recording, that one need to ask the LYN resident experts like echobrain or blacktrix.

Very nice rendition of Starry Night! Good tone and very smooth playing with the right dynamics and staccatto-ed notes. thumbup.gif

And your improv towards the end sounded kinda fusion as well, but that's kinda expected from you anyway (heard your stuff from <spam link removed> before).

I got bored so I recorded my Rock School track while I'm Balik Kampung.
Ah, the wonders of portable home recording!

Recorded using an RR3 and a Line6 Tone Port UX2, using the Citrus D-30 (a clone of the Orange D-30 amp) with some reverb on a low Gain setting.

Hey guys, I've always faced problems finding a vocal melody for stuff I write. Anyone would like to share how you get an awesome melody? It seems really hard for me.

Yeah I have the same problem. I guess I'm just not at that level yet to compose my own songs.
