i think you should know that AP set from CSL.. this guys are the big players they really cover the warranty as they say..i remember CSL is really huge almost anywhere in malaysia link also have service center..so they are like nokia too..anyway the point is last time we will think to buy AP set is because ori phone say will cost you 2k where AP set will cost you 1.7k or lesser but when you sell as second hand the price will be the same say AP second hand is 1k ORI also same 1k..you will lose more..you know that right? and we all change phone every like 6months or 1 year?

we are lucky now the ORI are cheaper is because there is no more tax or sales tax. so is just up to us to get the AP sets or the ORI like the N8 now ORI can get at 1570 AP 1450 is only cheaper by 120 now we can choose that we want zitron or AP sets.

im not saying that get the AP sets coz the warranty is 2years or 18months.. i just reply to (silrave) coz he ask
"wao ap finland 18 months ?
malaysia got meh
but ap and ori price like not big difference o" so i just point out la..there is

FYI: phone that is more then a year is no point repairing coz sometimes even nokia don't have the parts already im sure they have discontinue it and new far batter models are out and cheaper.. like you say 19months! just buy a god damn new one la.

I will go for ori also now..is so much cheaper then last time..if no choice only i will go for AP i hope zitron can bring in blue.!!
1460 i don't think is from zitron it could be from CLS cos they are always claiming that they are the original one.

No offense mate i thinks is u change phone every 6months or 1 year not we because its your interest even my 5800XM after 2 years 1/2 still working fine. Thats why i rarely sell my phone off mostly i prefer give to someone close to me

Next question it doesnt matter how big is CSL? Do you know the origin of AP phones comes from? Business is business. If u wanna test this very simple if your phone casing damage you just ask the CSL AP centre to change and see what feedback you get?

Just ask yourself one very simple question if CSL is so good? in service and price? Then 90% of people will be using CSL AP phones since nokia N8 normal warranty is 12months but CSL 18months wo

The 18months is break down in many like LCD 3 month accessories 1month phone 12months and motherboard 18months so AP must check properly but ori simple if 2 years is all 2years and accessories 6months

Just my opinion

No need. but if you want faster acquisition rather than waiting few min for the satelite, the default setting is AGPS or assisted GPS. That's required RM0.10 per start-up.

Meaning if you switch on your ovimaps/Garmin wth AGPS 3 trimes daily, you will kena RM0.30 for that day

not really RM0.10 lar, i think last time i had 30-50cent also, but compared to the 2 minute waiting lock time, i think worth lar

that one actually depends on the satellite used...A-GPS merely addeds data triangulation to narrow down the satellite's searching time for your device, the rest is up to the satellite...and also the weather..

Yeah actually ovimaps improved substantially for the past few mths and me too impressed wth the numbers of important POIs. Also the display is not so boring compare to Garmin.

However the lacking here is the routing. They have not improve much on the routing and keeps giving either longer way or not really perfect routings. Also the numbers of new roads are not updated such as the new SKVE from Putrajaya to Elite Highway. or the new LKSA from Kemuning to Federal highway already in the malfreemaps (Garmin) since the opening of the highway months ago but still not in ovimaps
