FYI, my Notebook battery spoilt within 1 yr eventhough i dun really used it bcos I overcharged it for >24hr!
*
It could be due to other reason. My notebook > 5 years still on original battery, just that it can hold the charge long anymore. My Nokia 6600 until today still on original battery, it's also > 5 years.

My Motorola original battery died because of frequent discharge (battery finish, phone off). In just about 6 month, the battery totally 'kong', cannot use anymore, and just nice warranty is 6 month, when I go claim time just past 6 month thumbup.gif

You can read more about Li-Ion and Li-Poly; There's also an article which compare 2 types of charging, one is only charge when battery low, and another is charge it frequently; The one that charge frequently resulted into better battery performance. The same happen to my PSP, my friend which always play till his PSP battery low only charge compared to mine which charge often. We went out for multi-play, both charged fully; When his PSP battery runs low, mine still have 2 bar, and his PSP is newer than mine.

agree on DO NOT always deplete your battery... keep it charged all the time... the battery capasity will DECREASE if u ever depleted it... i've seen this with laptop battery but not sure about hp battery as the laptop battery have internal circuitry within the battery that RECORDED the overall charge inside the battery and this value will decrease (from calibrated value) if ever the battery been fully depleted... nod.gif

I.m using Maxis broadband lah..RM99 is for 6GB and not 3GB..pretty hard to reach 6GB unless you watcgh streaming video, youtube or heavy DL. Avg only used up to 4gb/mth. Only once I breached 6GB quota & speed reduced to 384 instead of avg 1000-2300kbps.

that's Maxis broadband?...this is the data package for normal phone line smile.gif

58 plan is not a standalone plan... It is purely a data add on plan to ur voice plan... If I m not mistaken, it do not allow tethering

68 is a standalone plan.. It do not require any call plan.... It do allow tethering...

With DiGi RM58 unlimited package you need to pay RM58 monthly + you must have another call plan;eg RM30 call plan.
So in total you have to pay RM88 monthly.

With RM68 package, you have to pay RM68 monthly + the calls you make charged according to duration(PAYU)
Lets say you called for RM15 for the particular month, you have to pay RM83 for that month bill.

I think this is the difference.I'm using the RM58 package.

Added on November 2, 2010, 8:44 pmP/S:You can still tether with RM58 plan.

Ya..auto debit... But I can't do that.. I need the bill..

Beside, 68 plan.. U entitle 25% discount for the 68 if total bill >100.... N ur rm68 foc if total bill more than 200...

I was from Digi then change to Maxis cause Maxis can total up all lines bill into 1 for entire company..so some lines use less than plan doesn't matter but digi cannot, every line seperate bill...so my dad switched all lines to Maxis...then now see Digi internet so cheap...I wanna go back to digi tongue.gif but contract haven't ended...
