tat's the prefect statement tat they made that made me wan to prove them wrong more.
normally, i jus fire back by "Ok, sure"
short n simple n nice. explainin too much to them no use.

always drink hot/warm water.
btw, my wife took lots of boiled red dates water too and she said it helps...
i think u can throw in some wolfberries too biggrin.gif

i remember in chinese herbal studies, dried longan can relieve fatigue.

dried longan, wolfberries & red dates should make a nice drink too...
always drink hot drinks

hehehe..have no idea..my target is 2 yrs..but looking at my son now who is glued to my boobs...he may not want to stop on his own.

I'm more worried to stop coz he doesn't drink any other milk. rclxub.gif though he eats other stuff like cheese or oats for calcium....so...may continue beyond 2 yrs. flex.gif

Thinking back...the first six months..i was worried..i got not enough milk...and whether i can reach the 6months mark...then..i was worried if i can reach the 1 year mark...now...i worried if i may stop after reaching my target..and worried if he wants to drink other milk..LOL

Added on January 20, 2011, 1:32 pmAnother way is to get rid of the bottles and store them like this :

Not my freezer, I have so much space tongue.gif

They're using Lansinoh bags so 1 fat bag is 6oz.
