Actually, I install finish already, thats why i say tricky...so many words XD
And I'm not using it already, I noticed my cpu temp would skyrocket, so Im using the uniprocessor one already, which is now at Working(117/250), so I guess its working.
GPU one ran fine instantly.
I'm running a i7-950 and GTX570, both purely stock.
yes, the uniprocessor client is working. And I'm not using it already, I noticed my cpu temp would skyrocket, so Im using the uniprocessor one already, which is now at Working(117/250), so I guess its working.

but it is really great if you can use smp client,
since core i7 950 is a really fast cpu and can give you massive points.

Hello there.. i read the 1st post, and i still dont completely understand how this works. So what happens when i install the software.. im contributing my pc's idle time right, for what exactly? What would my pc's idle time be used for?
the folding@home is a project created by reknowned Stanford University in the USA and its main purpose is to find cures for protein-related diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, cancer, Huntington's diseases, and others.after install the software it will download work unit and start folding.
