i think their website is up liao. but its so freaking slow. it is showing homepage now. but loading 5 mins, still nothing showing up.

i can login too, but very slow to redirect to plan or devices page.

i think YES strategy is to maintain the internet service to the best quality.

This would attract more people to subscribe with their not congested and superfast internet speed.

Their voice plan is attractive to me. ( they can definitely earn huge sum of revenue from this)

they already state the problem but almost 3 hours still cant solve the problem. will their service also like this? every week have few hours cant connect to internet cos too many ppl trying to connect.

looks like they're too new to handle this kind of issue.... how can I expect them to serve me in future? 

their server are down 100/100 since they launch the service. no a single minute are up. so bad..

It is a disaster for them.

The person responsible might lose half of his/her annual bonus this year.

They don't even tell us (ppl don't stay at KL) when and how we can subscribe to it... just keep on talking about the launching only... So far, i feel Digi still is the best in term of their launch program.

So, does that mean YES only look for KL user only?

but really.. why IT line company have this problem. they should know the way to solve this thing right. still need so long time.
