Dude, the problem is lying on your phone. Your phone hardware is not supporting the WiMax transmission.
Either get a mifi or stick to your 3G band.

If you guys have not purchase this yet, i would advise not to buy this product. According to the YEScare center, every month minnimum have to topup RM30. Lets say you need to RM45 and you top up RM50 RM5 will be forfeited at the end of the month. WTF!!! I think I will go back to DIGI than. At the launch i check the speed is 4 to 5 mbs now at home i am getting 2.5mbs dl speed. THIS IS ALL A GODAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

from light user point of view : " why i wanna pay rm30 each month, when my current prepaid i use less than rm30, i top up rm30 and i still can get my balance carry forward to next month, and wth, i need to buy ur fuggly phone? "

from heavy user point of view : " yeah, voice is cheap, but u charge me for data transfered, 1gb file complete faster but bill also increase faster, streamyx or unifi standard charges, although i need to wait 1 or 2 days, but wth, i on my pc 24 hours, who cares "

my friend is on the huddle( fyi is the rm1,200 upfront one).
first time check balance, use few hours only
Account balance: RM750.00
Rebate balance: RM394.12

anyone here experience same thing?

That's what some forumers here say, getting heart attack when looking at the bill.. lol..
It seems like the RM1200 credit is splited between Credit and Rebate balance. A lot of hidden stuff that they do not clarify. Not even up with FAQ..

Yes. Indeed. Imagine 1GB in 30 minutes. Few hours of downloading can fight with 1 year worth of usage for other telcos. But obviously Yes is not targetting users that is on heavy download. Only light surfers. Imagine people start using Opera Turbo to minimise data usage and save cost.

My point exactly. What is @airline going to do with his unexpired RM100 credit after the 1st month of complimentary data volume unless he uses up all in the last 10 days of December?

Can he even use up all his initial RM100 in one go?

No intention to report to MCMC but I supposed refund should be possible because the coverage map is flaw.

i am using YES at Pelangi Damansara, and I found that it always disconnect and i have to reconnect(my network manager still show i am connected) few times in a night!

by the way, i wanna ask, in my billing account, it shows -RM40, how come it will happened? YES is not supposed a prepaid internet service? y i will owe them so much?

maybe now they are forcing those preregister user to be their customer.
