i wonder is there any type of mechanical keyboard they runs with a backlight and wireless . I notice most premium version of mechanical/gaming keyboards runs with a line.

I read on Steelseries 7G that they even recommended PS2 connectors but i'm no longer runnin back to those connectors anymore since 90s.

I prefer totally wireless to have a neater desk with lesser wires.

i like this whole paragraph
smart consumer

until current moment i think most of the razer product are overpriced compared to other hardware brand in term of performance durability and quality control
nowaday lot consumer buy razer product is like just following the trend

for example my destructor is a used unit i buy from another forumer
he is not a gamer ..nvr research lot in mousepad also

simply cos lot of his fren say this good that good then he bought destructor and mamba during the pc fair
then 1 month after that pc fair the destructor become bady in my hug lol

if blackwindow have a good feedback later then i think it will be quite considerable since the function is good..now waiting for the feedback on how the  durability and quality only
*
haha thanks. yea, if bw is good, i`ll grab the expert version right away.

zowie gear is still gaming gear.

google zowie gear and u will see this "ZOWIE GEAR - the innovative manufacturer of competitive gaming gear."

u dont see gaming teams sponsered by filco, or happy hacking keyboards do you tongue.gif
*
if thats so, it would be a branch out called "happy gaming keyboards" tongue.gif

Not only PS2 it seems.

NKRO pro can do NKRO via usb without ps2 at all. I don't fully understand the tech, but irocks and plum keyboards have this NKRO pro feature. Found out from GH.

He doesn't. Everything he says, he doesn't have much factual info to backup his claims.

He is a troll trying to evoke a response just for the lulz doh.gif

There is no proper definition of gaming grade keyboard. The term is simply made up mostly as a marketing scheme.

I see.. so i guess there's no best of everything.
Mechanical wireless with backlight doesnt seems to be on the market yet.

Though i heard some mechanical already have wireless.
I've not touched one before but from the way it's design, it shud feel quite different from normal keyboards.

I've always liked Illuminated backlight keyboards , works kind of cool when i'm watchin movies with my lights off. I could juz type without switchin on my lights to search for my keys.

Guess i'll stick to logitech illuminated... I don't really hit my keys vigorously so i guess it shud be fine.

For my own price range, i think Ducky or Filco are good for gaming/typing. Both brands have a choice of blue, brown or black cherry switches; which you get depends on your own preference. These 2 recommendations are roughly RM 450 ish.

Of if you prefer, the BW sells for around RM 390 or something; but uses blue cherry switches if you don't mind ?
*
i heard that blue switches are too clicky. plus i'm not fond of gaming companies biggrin.gif .

i've heard of the name filco every now and then and ducky just recently. will do more research regarding the keyboards these two brands offer. rm450 is within reach, i guess biggrin.gif .

thanks for the suggestion smile.gif .

yup agree

the leather palm rest so poisonous
i not interested bw expert version..if use bw expert i rather keep going with my 7g
but bw ultimate is not bad ^^ just don have palm rest only
bw ultimate + filco leather palm rest should be a godlike combination

what i know about logitech backlit is suck..most ppl say logitech backlit is really dim just like useless
i think you like lycosa rite (for the design and back lit)

another reason i don like logitech keyboard is most of their keyboard key cap i think is quite slippery i cant get used to it

juz your fortune^^
anyway i got such case before also

i remembered my first so call gaming mouse quite long time ago (razer salmosa)
act basically the mouse is quite good just without light i think is sumthing like kinzu just the quality not as good as kinzu
but after i used it for 2 month ..the right click of the mouse start producing some weird sound..thats why i sell it to another forumer asap before i need to send for rma ^^
act not that bad la..just weird sound it still working properly..

Gaming Keyboard is hard to determine. Some people claim Mechanical is Gaming. While some not mechanical they claim them gaming as well.
As someone here mentioned, It depend on how the marketing team of the company definie their product.

for me i define cherry keyboards as : SEMI GAMING, SEMI PRO USER. That's all

I see. Actually for me, as long as it runs wireless ,types silently and have a good backlight support it's shud fufill my needs. I like logitech keyboard n have been using it since my secondaries because mainly because i don't know of any other ones out there.Microsoft keyboard kind of sux at that time because of the noisy sound when u move u stroke the keys*especially the spacebar lol*. Logitech keys are really soft and silent *but only for a certain period* but of course not as noisy as microsoft ones.

Problem with rubber dome, sometimes you have issue, that you press one key, another key is registered instead.

You don't have this problem with mechanical because each key has it's own switch.

Some good mechanical keyboards also have gold cross points. Also remember with the many different switches, you got good ones for gaming such as black which is linear, or if you want much lighter there is red. I honestly doubt rubber dome can compare to it in terms of reaction time, low resistance, and accuracy doh.gif

Anyway here a video of O2Jam youtube

I'm definitely interested if the price is interesting! How much do you think the price can go down if it is brought directly to Malaysia? I think got around RM80?
