Any news on when it will be completed?

Has everyone submitted their Syabas and TNB application to BHL?
I just realized they sent the mail to my old mailing address last week and when I emailed them no reply.

Tried to call BHL today, and when I told them they've mailed it to my old mailing address despite me asking them to change it in August, she nagged me through the phone going "I don't know why so hard for you owners to submit your forms etc etc".

Gosh.

Haha. They said it is compulsory to do it. they somemore imposed a time frame. You better get it done fast.

Have you checked with them, when we will be getting our keys? I checked with them few months back, and was told by CNY. But it looks a bit quiet recently in this forum, wonder where are all USJ ONe park buyers?

Yeah, when I spoke to her just now she told me as many owners have not respond to the TNB and Syabas application, few units are registered under BHL's name, and that they will have to transfer names once we get they keys.

Did not asked them when we will be getting the keys, not sure if they've sent any updates to my previous mailing address again or not, need to keep checking with them I guess.

But saw in the Facebook owner group some have posted pictures of the actual unit.

Quick updated: Just called BHL again, asked them regarding handover of the property, they mentioned that will be before CNY

Just call them today, keys will deliver aft CNY and now have to kao tim the misc. charges first. Received their letter yesterday.

Most owners received their letter by now,
BHL will start release the keys starts from 10th Feb

Is that 3 storey ( white & grey ) and just completed?

If thats what u mean, it was part of the USJ One Park, its 3 storey superlink and 3 storey semi d.

No prob.

Notice this project overall looks really good and nice. Condo blended with good facade and colour and with some superlinks and semi d, it seems look pretty.

Occupancy seems low.

Was heard car park got flood, any owner can confirm?

Dear owners,

i am staying at block A top floor.

lately, i have been hearing loud thumping noise every 10-15 mins, it is kind of some machine running and cut off, the thumping sound is loud, the room will feel bit vibrating when it happen.

worst, last night, i heard a superb loud thumping noise, this very loud noise happen before.

i go to the stair to the top floor of the building, and i can hear that are some kind of machine running on the roof top area, not sure is it lift system or pump system.

i have been complaining to the building manager couple times, but until today, no action, no explaination.

found it hard to sleep, as the noises happen 24/7 every 15 mins.

anyone has any idea about this thing?

Hi, since your are on top flr, above is it water storage tank ?
if so, could be the water flowing sound into the tank or may be the pump is causing the sound !?

BTY, i pass by often my my USJ 13 place , how is the overall management of the building?

Is it good for rental ?
