So buyers of the project will not be able to enjoy the riverside parks and facilities as promised during the launch. I wonder what will the impact on the project once this River of life project is completed or whether it is going to complete at all....

I believe that this 'condition' is not mentioned in any purchasers' S&P so there is no compensation to/from any party.

since landed buyers of the project unable enjoy the riverside parks and facilities as promised during the launch, the developer shall reduce the monthly maintenace fees for landed buyer, but now the developer don't want to reduce a single cents maintenance fees, i think is not fair for landed buyer.

Just like those who bought high end condo and promise of a view of KLCC or forest reserve land or facing green park, few years down to new development will be next to/ in front of your unit.

Developer will not be able to guarantee on this especially he don't own other land.

Was the developer promises it verbally or as per brochure or write in?

Verbal is only be able to be taken lightly as it was quite some time ago and the SAs maybe or might be left the company.

Anyway, whats the maintenance fee for the landed boss?

In the S&P did mention there will be a "Recreation Park" within USJ One Park,
again it can be any "park" and not the river side park as promise earlier, lol

" Recreation Park " is very subjective in my opinion ... unless they put up a park plan and insert into the S&P and as well as in the brochure.

You mean landed only RM 300-350 per month?

If that's the case, then quite fair and cheap dy.

If purchase for rental, do you guys think the rental would be the same as Impian Meridian? The selling price is almost the same for 3+1 rooms.
I'm now comparing in between one park & IM~

Please give some advice~
