General consensus is around 100 ms without proxy and below 100 ms with proxy such as ultima. This is connected through 1mb streamyx. (last time dun have world ms), Also, in order to simplify for newbie therefore only home is mention. In sum, 100ms Home, is unreachable through wow US or EU, even Oceanic in Malaysia. Therefore, wowtaiwan give the best latency among all. No worry. Business as usual. |

Guys, i'm puzzled. Is this wow taiwan server we are playing an official bnet server? All the while i thought this is just some private server. Reason being if it's official bnet server by blizzard, we should actually buy the games itself and not only pay the monthly fees. Please educate me on this.

Yes. Its official from blizz. I'm qute suprise u not aware of this after playing quite awhile. Afterall, lyn won't let this thread survive if its private server.
Wowtaiwan is the real thing support by blizzard. |

The reason being charged differently from US, I speculate this could be due to high competition with local online gaming industry.
