ya i think so.....the i think backpack should be better since the dell XPS 15 weights around 2.8kg
*
Yes! Bagpack is a must! I've gotta admit XPS 15 is heavy even with a bagpack! I've been carrying it around Bukit Bintang today and it is tiring. So you can't be carrying it for very long.

can the backpack actually fit the laptop itself? i mean, its a 15.6' laptop, the bag is only 14'. I took the 17' messenger bag, hoping to sell it here to buy another bag
*
Yup, it does fit, I even asked them before I placed my order. But it fits somewhat tightly.

yes rm 10 for the windows 7 home premium dvd
Actually you won't be getting a cool Microsoft branded original Windows DVD. It's just a set of Dell branded DVD for OS and Dell software factory restoration discs - which you can burn yourself using the software pre-installed on your laptop. Wasted my RM10.

i bought a Dell XPS 15 in January. Everything's been working fine. But a few weeks ago I started having some very annoying problems. Somethings been happening that causes my laptop to freeze for a few seconds and then start working again. The worst is when watching movies or videos. The videos keep skipping constantly after about 10 minutes of playback.
I did a factory restore but the problem still happens. I don't know what to do. Thinking of going to the Dell Service Center. What should I do?
