QUOTE duduk mana? eh taipan your avatar also show female...asal mana? single ke? don't kacau her la... she's for us only... QUOTE(Taipan052 @ Nov 11 2010, 08:53 AM) thats why i want belanja u but t&c u must stay until 12AM. haiyaaa... kasi chance laaa... if friday mlm ok...i finish work at 10PM, gonna go there only at 10:30PM. if you'll already cabut what to do la.. hahaha i'll wait u until 3am... ada berani...? (Surah Al-Qasas: 78) quote to CM98... i have thousand word similar like above to use against you... but i need you to answer 1 question je...Sesungguhnya rezeki itu tidak berperanan pada harta, darjat, keturunan atau pangkat saja, malah ia memainkan peranan mendapatkan keredaanNya dari segi percakapan dan amalan. Di sinilah kita dapat memahami maksud firman Dia yang berikut, yang bermaksud: Dan jadilah orang-orang (yang sebelumnya) itu mencita-citakan kedudukan Qarun itu berkata: Aduhai, benarlah Dia telah melapangkan rezeki bagi sesiapa yang Dia kehendaki dari hamba-hamba-Nya dan menyempitkannya. Kalau Dia tidak melimpahkan kurnia-Nya atas kita, benar-benar Dia telah membenamkan kita (pula). Aduhai, benarlah! Tidak beruntung orang-orang yang mengingkari nikmat Dia. (Surah Al-Qasas: 82) "can you predict the future"... This post has been edited by epo: Nov 11 2010, 10:13 AM |

there are many types of car buyers/owners
but despite all that, it comes down to some common consideration overlapping one or more considerations 1) how much you are willing to pay... (affects budget & model choice) 2) how much you are willing to bear... (affects year of repayment) 3) what is a car to you... (affects model/brand perception) you all can argue till the cows come home, but dont forget each person has different standing on the 3 above, and how strongly they rate them. eg. A might be average or slightly above, but he is willing to stretch his wallet (1) abit because to him, by choosing to pay 3~5 years (2) because he wants to keep his financial liability shorter. He rates financial freedom high. Car to him, (3) is just a transportation, therefore what matters is he will drive whatever his (1) n' (2) permits & he will drive it for as long as it is problem free. If he likes what he bought, it is even better. situation above can also be, a person B, puts high placing for (3) but infact is not comfortable the financing, therefore he will try to go for the car he likes even if it means stretch the financing (2) to more than 7~9 years. and he doesnt mind the resale for sure because he is already pushing above his financial ability, just for the car he likes. to him, (3) is more than a transport, he simply wants to have it just as people who fancies new gadget or the prettiest girl they can find. this is just a very basic example of the unlimited combination. the bottom thing is, not all buys/owns car for the fun of it, some because they need it at the same time being particular of their money & where it goes & how it is spent. you dont go explaining to a person who spends thousand on branded goods that they dont need all that, because in the end of the day they might not rate money as highly as much as you do. it is even more so if they are actually able to afford it while still being comfortable financially. similarly you also dont go telling people who lives their life moderately but have long term financial plans, for whatever reason they deem valid. (even being a millionaire) It could be they just dont rate material possession or hedonism as highly as you do, but prefer to have enough for everything they need until time can tell. sorry for long OT post but i think you all should stop trying to find fault with each other. this is FnF, even the name of the forum thread shows it's more inclining towards (3) instead how much is it worth or the actual value of it. i really believe someone is mixing in the wrong segment while trying to advocate his own standing & POV. |

QUOTE(epo @ Nov 11 2010, 11:15 AM) it was meant for all. just as he can't resist his imposing his views, alot of you also can't resist trying to justify yours. can we just talk about cars? you can talk about how much it cost because obviously you have to consider it when you buy. but resale value? that's already something else. |

QUOTE(Taman Negara @ Nov 11 2010, 11:31 AM) anyone fortezen pls go to Protong showroom to compare forte & walan. Since i yet to see it with my own eyes, i cant comment on Inspira build quality. But specs & price wise..for me Inspira = value for money. Got better specs than the ori Lancer but comes with much lower price tag. I can say that the Inspira is a good & cheaper alternative to Lancer, only that it lacks on its own identity.and post here.t.q. tapi jgn kasi ptotong hah! Comparing with Forte specs to specs, both cars got its own pluses & minuses. If i'm going to buy a C segment 2.0 car for under 100k budget now, i would say it is a tough decision. Inspira is cheaper than Forte by almost 2k but lack of its own identity..so maybe i choose Forte at the end coz i can't imagine my feelings when putting myself side by side to the Lancer at the traffic light... |

So if u cant predict the future does it mean u sit on your ass and wait for things to happen? NO. U make the best of it. Making the best of it doesnt mean enjoying your life to the max without the slightest regard for your future. Doomsday crap is something beyond anybody's control. It may happen tmr or in 1000 years. But for now im focussed on making my current & future life the best it can be. You can go on living in your tiny dream world. When ure 50 yrs old and the world hasnt ended, then sit around and watch all those who worked hard improving their current life and are reaping its rewards while u continue to wait for doomsday.
