So it's back to only 2 damaged N900.

I know Eiraku's N900 is Comsat set but don't know about the second 1.I think it's Zitron set.

I still think Eiraku's phone damage caused by OC'ing with too low voltage.Lopping at boot in desktop computers sometimes caused by damaged CPU.I think same thing happened to his N900.
The 2nd N900 has touchscreen problem.Totally unrelated to OC.

If ori maybe you should have asked for replacement phone.Anything more than 1 month is considered as too long.
Anyway if I'm mistaken the repair for micro USB is quite simple.The technician will have to clean up the existing solder residue & solder new micro USB port.Probably will take 1 hour max.

Taiwan's firmware is optimized for chinese input.I suggest you to flash that version if you really want to use chinese input.

About change of mod for N900,you don't like the change?

Was busy restoring my N900 to virgin mode.

Like hengguowei said,MyDocs is the folder that popup once you connect your N900 to computer.
Just save the file there & proceed with the installer.

I'll be reinstalling NITDroid later today.I'll check whether the ext3 formatting has been fixed or not.If it's fixed others can just use the complete auto installer instead of half manual/half auto installer that I use.

I think I'll get iPod Touch 4 by end of this year.No choice since seems like most of the games & apps comes to iOS 1st.Definitely I'll jailbreak it.

My thought on latest MeeGo latest built,
I was very disappointed after testing yesterdays image.The whole OS felt very laggy plus opening some basic app like dialer take so long.Booting time also take some time.
The laggyness could be caused improper SGX driver.Since I was using only class 4 microSD card the whole lag become too much apparent.
Today is another day & hopefully things improves.

Back to Maemo,
After using all red/green/orange theme I've settled for blue theme.
Still bunch of things to do before my phone is restored to it's proper state.

I just installed Sygic 10 & it's working fine.Check back your steps.

The one I've been testing are the release candidates.It should be close to the actual v1.1.
But yeah,the final product could be different.

Somehow I prefer FCams colour.It look more natural too me.

Anyone have idea?

Use WinSCP to make life easier.

I know where the .desktop files are.I intentionally put 2 additional phone shortcut there so I can have phone shortcut in my all 4 desktop.
However when I use appmefo to move shortcut to folder the app recognize 4 shortcut as 1 & refuse to move the extra 3 shortcuts.

Added on October 24, 2010, 2:32 pmI thought MeeGo-ARM will use a Maemo recognizable file format since maybe some people want to access files from MeeGo to Maemo or vice versa.

Do you know the the working directory of ApMeFo?

Almost done configuring everything with my phone.
Sygic 10 crashed & when I tried reinstall got some error saying permission locked or something.So that have to wait another day.

I remember someone asking me how I OC with quick launch


I wonder who gave the app writer such a stupid idea to add quick lauch at systemui.Now everytime I press power button there is quick launch button there

The working directory you gave me contain phyton script only.So far I don't see any script contain the existing menu modification.Later I'll try modify few other things.

It's a fact.Only way to get the "more" thing is by downgrading to PR 1.1
But be warned that you will lose the cellular function.If you still want a functioning PR 1.1 then you have to flash PR 1.2 cellulars function into PR 1.1

Obviously it's Maemo 5.
