My thought on latest MeeGo latest built,
I was very disappointed after testing yesterdays image.The whole OS felt very laggy plus opening some basic app like dialer take so long.Booting time also take some time.
The laggyness could be caused improper SGX driver.Since I was using only class 4 microSD card the whole lag become too much apparent.
Today is another day & hopefully things improves.

Back to Maemo,
After using all red/green/orange theme I've settled for blue theme.
Still bunch of things to do before my phone is restored to it's proper state.

Maybe wait for the PR1.3.. Thats when MeeGo is an official build and a stable image soon to be released (according to my cousin in Intel).
In PR1.3 you will have an official dual-boot between meego and maemo. Guess it would be a tri-boot then when PR1.3 is released..

The one I've been testing are the release candidates.It should be close to the actual v1.1.
But yeah,the final product could be different.
Somehow I prefer FCams colour.It look more natural too me.

am i copied the wrong modifica.pl to the document?? i saw it's only one modifica,pl after i dl all the files. i put it in the document, x-term said not found. so i straight away leave it on the file manager...then it said pattern not found: maybe wrong file or the patch dont work or already patched file

meego-x86 is using btrfs filesystem.

btrfs is a very safe filesystem, safe as in it is not easily corruptable.

meego-arm i am not sure what filesystem it uses...

Use WinSCP to make life easier.
Anyway use pm if you want to talk about this issue further.

I know where the .desktop files are.I intentionally put 2 additional phone shortcut there so I can have phone shortcut in my all 4 desktop.
However when I use appmefo to move shortcut to folder the app recognize 4 shortcut as 1 & refuse to move the extra 3 shortcuts.

try delete 2 additional that u create and readd the orignal to appmepo.. (make a backup yr 2 addtional 1st)

Is your phone barred? because retrieve MMS also drain data

aiseh, still haven't figured out how to use dropbox...am i supposed to have someone else's id? or are they supposed to invite me???

anyway, giving a go to installing some webOS games with  Preenv , but the dev is offline.....
