Yes.Need to install NITDroid with multiboot.
FCam beats blessn900 to pulp in terms of picture output.

will remove blessn900 & switch to Fcam, mmm need to learn taking pictures like pros.

This thread exist to guide N900 users & users wannabe to right direction.Not to spoonfeed everything.

Now to your problem.
What type of video are you trying to play?
Try installing MPlayer + SiB.This should allow you play most of avi/mpeg/mp4/mkv/flv files providing the resolution is not too big(eg:720p)
But if you're talking about unable to play any video with default video player after trying to play an unrecognized video format that it's a known bug in Maemo 5 & it's fixed in upcoming PR 1.3

Try the Mplayer + SiB 1st & may the force be with you.

maybe cause of your movie frame...just try playing <600(height) and 400(width)movie....

GUI is what? i adi using SiB still can't play the video... haiz..
