hi,
still have problem connecting my n900 to laptop blush.gif

rootsh: install
openSSH client & server: install
in x-terminal wrote:
root
set passwd: done
SSH status: On
at laptop, enter ip address @ host name, port num didnt change (22)
user name : root , password: *****
SFTP, allow SCP fallback..
Click login & failed..network error, connection time out

something wrong with the wifi?
or something to do with my avg firewall? i've checked it,for winscp.. allow for all.

bout the need for speed shitf, asphalt 5 etc..run with android? meanin i must multiboot 1st? between Fcam & blessn900? which is better?

2gb microSD in hand, got to do some research bout the android multiboot.
yup, really great pictures by aspire2oo6 notworthy.gif
will remove blessn900 & switch to Fcam, mmm need to learn taking pictures like pros.

after several hours getting info, i take my chance to flash my n900 & finally
success installed PR1.3 sweat.gif , using my friend laptop which is win xp.
my win7 64 home premium cant install windows virtual pc unless my win 7 is professional edition.

No need to downgrade. You need to update manually, no FOTA
If you guys use UK version, wont get FOTA (like mine) now flash to Global firmware. hopefully next time will have FOTA smile.gif

yup, press ctrl & bckspace to exit.
for me,at first it didnt save the game.

for nfsuc, do this:
open xterm & type this
root
preenv
cd /home/user/applications/your game folder/
chmod 777 res_nfsuc
chmod 777 gamesave
chmod 777 gamesett

that will save your game progress smile.gif

for assassins creed: save game setting:
on xterm:
root
preenv
cd /home/user/applications/your game folder/
chmod 777 data.bar
chmod 777 data.sav

where do you get that icons? i was thinking to change with iphone icons. now no time, busy.

if you using Fcam, try to adjust the exposure, gain & focus.. will be great smile.gif just my 2sen

need help, how do i remove those icons manually?
search in /usr/share/icons, just manage to delete on scalable folder & the rest dont know where.

ur taking abt webos games icons arr?? ( ur pics didn't load ) actually very easy, no need to manually delete, in xterm just cd to the game folder ( the one which has the 'appinfo.json' file ) and run the command :

desktopgen -r appinfo.json

it will auto uninstall the icon for u , then u just have to delete the folder from ur home/user/applications folder. I suggest next time when u trying games to see if they work, after you chmod +rwx the game file, try to run it first before u use desktopgen command. if cannot run, just need to delete the folder. if can run then only u run desktopgen appinfo.json command to add icon.
