Added on October 21, 2010, 9:30 pmyou know, out of ALL the titles ive picked up this season, surprisingly i STILL HAVE NOT picked this up. and thats is probably EXACTLY why. im too used with american original iron man, and the movies, cartoons when i was a kid etc. and in case you didnt know, yes, i really have a HUGE favor ism (perhaps bias) to originality. eg: anime stays japanese, american iron man stuff stays american, no buts! (lol index2)

hence for this i am totally not stressed at all if its going to be malay or english or even japanese. if its good ill watch, else i wont.

Problem is when you assume too much. Much as I love to read all the bloody conspiracy theory, not everything is because of the government. As Steno said before, Upin and Ipin was a profitable animation series locally, and guess what? The people that watched it is not just the Malays either. 6 million profit on a LOCAL animated feature is not a small value. So it shows that there are markets for local content.

How can tell whether or not it's good when it's not even out yet? Panty and Stocking looked like a weird ripoff of PPG and Dead Leaves and suddenly everyone thinks its awesome. When Code Geass was said to have clamp character designs everyone thought it was gonna be ghey. When 00 was announced everyone thought it was gonna be awesome - until it turned out to be BL.
