Face seems to transform similar to that Astray Mirage, just turn 180, But WTF is with the legs?
@Madmoz: It's from Gundam Extreme VS, so far only announced for arcades, rumored to be on PS3 later.

The legs are most likely in that position when it docks with the larger armor pieces. The carnage phase armor or something. Don't have a pic to show you guys now but I'm pretty sure thats why the legs are like that.

Just look at the pic enlarged, and it does mention Carnage Phase docking What's bugging me now is that it seems to have a 4-in-1 head. |
