QUOTE(MyKy44 @ Oct 23 2010, 02:08 PM) It's a digital memo, kinda popular in Japan. Good for taking notes on the go I guess, kinda like a digital note book with thousands of pages. Though, I doubt it'll be of much use if you're not reading/writing in Japanese. |

QUOTE(nazrul90 @ Oct 23 2010, 04:25 PM) Kshatriya has a overall height of 22.3m in 1/144 scale that's around 15.48cm.On the other hand, Queen Mansa has a overall height of 42.1m in 1/400 scale that's around 10.53cm. So, technically Kshatriya is taller By the way, Sinanju should actually be taller with an overall height of 22.6m. Guess the binders are notched up. |

November scans of Gundam Ace shows lineart and mech profiles of Heavyarms Ver. Ka,
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « next MG for December perhaps? Like they did with Deathscythe and Wing Ver. Okawara(also appearing a month before in Gundam Ace). If it is I'll have a tough time choosing between this and the Endless Waltz Ver. On one hand, standard Ver. Ka has the heat knife and single multi barrel beam chaingun which is awesome and on the other hand, Endless Waltz Ver. has four multi barrel solid round chaingun but, no CQB weapon. Heh, maybe I'll have to do it like Deatscythe, get both. This post has been edited by Leon.k: Oct 23 2010, 10:35 PM |

Regardless of version, I think Heavyarms would be a great building experience with so many missile compartments and gun barrels. If the 1/100 NG was already so fun to build, I wonder how the MG would be(that is if it does come out).

Honestly, I don't think we shouldn't be complaining/griping much about the new MGs which already have very good HG equivalents(eg. GN-X and 00Q) which are also relatively new cause nowadays the HGs already have very good articulation, detail and proportions. When making the MG I guess it would be better to follow the already good HG proportions and work on it a little(eg. sharpening up the edges and making weapons longer and more menacing like 00Q).
I guess the main selling point of the newer generation MGs would have to be (slightly)better articulation, better details and special gimmicks only possible with a mechanical frame. Either that or the 1/100 scale which some people like better. Definitely nothing too radical like the previous generation and the HGs nowadays are just seriously good. At the end of the day it's kinda like getting the best of both worlds, if you REALLY like a kit, you'd buy it regardless of scale and maybe even more than one of it too. Just my two cents, no offense intended. |

Heheh, GN Flag ver. 2, I like.

Need some help, do you guys think MG Deathscythe Ver. Ka is worth getting?
I've got a few thousand spare yen lying around and since Graffiti Toys has brought theirs in it has me thinking. Personally, at 3800 Yen I think it isn't too expensive and I'm a fan of Katoki Hajime's designs. Help? |

Nah, it's just that I thought of asking those people who already own the kit. Maybe a bit of heads up regarding the kit?
Thanks anyway, I guess I'll get this one after all. This post has been edited by Leon.k: Oct 25 2010, 06:49 PM |

Hey, does anybody know if Full Saver will be bundled together with the Chinese version of Hobby Japan February 2011 Issue?
If it is, it would be much easier on the pocket. |

QUOTE(MyKy44 @ Nov 1 2010, 07:45 PM) i <3 it Pretty obvious if you ask me, a special edition which comes with the LED and perhaps Quantum System(gimmick) and maybe some extra goodies(ring for GN Bits perhaps? or maybe even Full Saver, pretty please Bandai Added on November 1, 2010, 7:53 pmwhy la they keep showing the GN Drive.. are they gonna give the LED or not wan? Best part is this kits are specially made for suckers like me But, if I remember correctly, when Bandai first showed promotion pictures of Exia it was for Ignition Mode and only near the release did they show the standard version. QUOTE(Hellscream @ Nov 2 2010, 08:32 PM) Isn't Sirim already take over the control of toys half year ago ? Transformers, Spiderman, Iron man and other stuff all increase the price already... Worry not! So far, SIRIM only applies for importers and local manufacturers. So, this means tho get a better pricee we'll just have to resort to buying those which are not brought in by Litt Tak(for West Malaysia) or buy online. Though, I really wonder if Gunpla will be categorized under toys cause even now they are putting the "This is a fine scale model for collecters" sticker. Perhaps it's to avoid the SIRIM check for toys? |

QUOTE(gaiachronicler @ Nov 3 2010, 08:39 AM) im really confused now Like I've said before the 00Q on display may not be the normal edition(as they've stated that LED is sold separately). Eg, (here I go again) Exia Ignition Mode. Like the picture below, see the catalog there have LED model picture... lights shooting out from chest... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Bandai clearly never stated anything about the transparent sticks or GN Ring in their promo poster for the MG 00Q so, it would not be wrong to assume that there is more than one version of MG 00Q. Anyway, doesn't Bandai always put a small notice on the bottom of their display saying LED sold separately? |

QUOTE(Silverfire @ Nov 12 2010, 12:20 AM) Definitely! Most wanted clear kit by me is perhaps that one. Unfortunately, it's only available on sale in Japan during the release of the 00 Movie or the upcoming January 2011 Bandai Online Shop exclusie. Hope they bring it in. |
