I like BBR of its surrounding...very residential.
However, I would think SD will be coming up
with commercial development soon on the
palm oil land...perhaps. However so far, SD not very
successful in doing commercial or retail bzness

Bro, had the same problem, but I wrote complaint
email to SD. U use SD panel lawyer?
They will charge u the interest when vp, but
make sure U complaint n ask ur lawyer to help u.

Delmara progress also very fast...nice environment.
Hope they start making guarded policy when
residents start tO move in. It seemed that
not many phases are guarded. Should make
all residents pay mandatory security fees....otherwise,
to implement later, would b a problem. Some
pay m some might not pay

For avani intermediate, hopefully in the region
of 600k, while waiting for the launching
of new dst across the road, near htc.
If new launching is 550k above, probably
avani can go higher. Lets wait.. smile.gif
