i was told avani shld be 600k onwards but most buyer are waiting for the new launch... speculated abt 550k towards setia alam side, size not sure yet... most likely 20x70 or 22x75. This is surely crowded on ballot day - but the drawback, some portion will be near HTC, but entrance shld be setia side, no need use meru road

Tat avani corner is pretty huge... int. is asking abt 200k more, so for corner, shld b abt 250k on top of dev price... i wonder how much was dev price?

I&P will come to this area & they are planning a new township next to BBR. The project is similar to Bandar Kinrara & Alam Impian and it will be a mix development for sure.
