For SA, my Fren just bought 20x70 for around
650k but dun not know which phase.
Upgraded from those semi-d cluster

Ic bro, good choice. Nowadays it's hard
to stay in 1 place. Ppl tend to move around
frequently. Target price of 630k would b possible

I agree on the sp in terms of mature and establish neighbourhood. Perhaps BBR needs another 1-2
yrs to fully operational. Design n workmanship is awesome.

Slowly bro...the residential not yet completed
Cannot compare direct to sps. It is much earlier development. I would be happy if BBR remain residential. It's only 5 mins to SCM. No need to
have another shopping mall smile.gif
Anyway the demand for BBR is as good as SPS
