Wah lau eh, 25% chances of getting the
house. 75% disappointment.
I think the attractiveness is that it's a township, plus
complete facilitie spillover by SP development. Somemore got lombong. Klang ppl seems to like BBR. The mall is big, can fight with kl mall.

Definately there's be a threshold for
price change.The situation varies
based on buyer's situation. If he is going
to buy a home, anytime is a good time as long
as he can afford it. Will BBR be a good place
for investor or home buyer?

Bro,I do not see any more launching in
the existing BBR site, but some forummers
were saying that 1msia is coming. Empty land
oppo BBR and also, beside giant.
Probably more taikor can share....

Break in always happened to any new growing
township because of construction n renovation
underway. Even new phase such as zarra in
Bandar Puteri Puchong got frequent break in.
Important is that it is sorted after all dev
finish. Btw, there's a police station in front
of avani phase...better than nothing.

It's not guarded as I know. In future, not sure.
It's more like drain clogging. If u can get
550k for avani, better b fast. I think someone
selling much higher. Perhaps u can choose
those already completed other phase units.

Bro, I feel u should stick to your budget
and the type which u like. For 4-5 pax, 22 x75
should b alrite. If u planning to move in by nov, avani is
out of your option. U may opt for those already got keys. Remember that u need another min 40-50k for other reno and etc...
