not as efficient as g&g but gud enuf as 1st line of deterrent...

Ya, I m willing to pay rm50 per mth for security. Rather
than I lose it to robber. At the same time with gng,
it will push up the house price.
Problem is how to make sure all house owners
pay...that's the headache faced by my current
neighbourhood

Dam, I think I need to check thoroughly
on avani when vp. My Fren house in tasik
prima just got keys. Complaint after complaint
until u satisfied. Just make sure u don't do
any hacking or Reno on the house. I understand
once u complaint on the area of defects. If it
happens again, then u can still claim after
liability period. I m not sure how true isit.
Important thing is must not giv up n keep complaining.
