SemiD baru 3-400k nia... tat price can get 20x65 in SA@yr 2010 Aiyo bro, I agreed with ur wife la Aman perdana no good le. At least BBR inside good environment. U got bungalow layout ma, sort of.

Just make sure u don't do any hacking or Reno on the house. I understand once u complaint on the area of defects. If it happens again, then u can still claim after liability period. I m not sure how true isit. Important thing is must not giv up n keep complaining.
