It depends on the buyer, but would say that
30-40% of price appreciation upon vp is somehow justified. |

It's pretty common to have beak in or burglary
for new township or housing phase coz many construction workers are there. Even in bdr Puteri Puchong, new phase such as Zarra also got break in. Once buyers move in and all security facilities available such as another police station and RA committees, it will be better. But at this stage, must complaint to SD to beef up the security... |

Wow, it seems like still as hot as ever.
Comparable to ytl reed, Delora is high price, except it is freehold n just pay deposit..others no need to pay till completion. Not mistaken, total is ard 150 units , but Only half is launched. Got pic to post sister? |

I checked the price for semi-d in setia n yes, comparable to Delora, better to buy semi-d.
However, I think most of them going for Delora is flipper or otherwise, it really proves that BBR town is hot. With the dibs, it's worthwhile...coz u don't pay anything till completion. |
