If the area is low, nothing much can be done.
Except with better drainage only...
Otherwise big shit la the whole development..

If this is the case, buyers n current homeowners
must complaint Kau Kau to SD.
If this place flood or not well maintain,
their reputation for other development
will be affected also.
Complain them kuat kuat...sucking out water
not long term...Somemore drain into the lake.

It is still a good place, definitely SD
will do something before things get out
of control. Just need to pressure them...
they got a lot more development there...

Bro, been chasing SD legal dept for so long.
Now only finish stamping and billing dept is chasing.
We will need to complaint, otherwise u got
to pay interest due to their delay.

Yeah, true. Will drop them email soon.
I haven't paid anything till now for avani,
but I m sure they will charge me the interest.
So slow SD....better use their panel lawyer.
Got reason to avoid.

Delmara launched later than avani so the
speed is correct bro...
Ask SD to do the drainage nicely b4
ppl start to move in....otherwise big

from the SD legal dept, but billing dept
sent only second billing reminder. No mot n
title yet.....

Ya bro....they haven't not chg my name
in mot n title. Hence, bank cannot release money
to SD. Until now, I haven't pay anything, other than 10%. Been chasing them many times since last yr...
Shiit...better don't sent me the interest.
