sometimes need some touchup too if you feel your pic is not nice..just like females need makeup to be good looking but not necessarily all the time..

Newbieeeeee, try take a look at Photoscape for freeware u can download and use for free... it has about 60% of what PS:CS3 can do, and 80% of what photographers need to edit their pics..

of coz, there's always the full version of Photoshop CS4/5 extended to use, but that's for me (and many others here as well) to know and for you to find out.
