any former/current GE's can comment on this program? from what i've heard/seen the GEs only become managers n very few make it to AVP..

Hey! I found a website a few months ago which gives company reviews and salary reviews, many of which are in the banking sector. These reviews are written by current or former employees so it helps you understand the corporate culture and see if you will fit in well. The website is named officeparrots.com and they have reviews on CitiBank! Hope it helps!

Honestly you will need to work your guts off for Citi.
They will throw you in the deep end and you will either swim or sink.
Assuming you survive for 3-5 years in Citi, you can go to any bank and it would be a breeze.

Its kinda like working for Gordon Ramsay. If you can take the abuse and thrive, you will make it anywhere
