QUOTE(Gray Fox X @ Oct 16 2010, 06:33 PM) Hi guys, how do I know I'm using Wifi or Maxis 3G to surf the net? Is it must go to offline mode? Your information will help me alot, thanks Goto Settings>Connectivity>Settings and check Switched to WLAN to known WLAN.Then proceed to connect to your WLAN. After that you can goto Settings>Connectivity and you can check in Connection Manager where you will see two connections.. one is WLAN and another is 3G. If you tap the 3G, you can check the status and if its using WLAN, it will be listed as inactive. Alternatively, you can turn off 3G by default, just goto Settings>Connectivity>Settings and change Date use in home network to WLAN only. |

BTW,
About the non responsive clicks in browser, I think the way Nokia code the browser to detect click is a bit different from what I used to have with Legend. There is a lag about 1sec to affirm that its the selection and not some accidental touches. You are more likely to register clicks if you place your finger slightly longer on the links than just a short tap on it like it used to behaved in Android/IOS. It seems like Nokia browser support GIF... all the emoticons are lively, not like in Android. I cant remember the names of the Nokia team, Glen and David issit? I wonder if they are reading this? I think Nokia need to fix the double spacebar bug in the stock browser. |
