QUOTE(darklight79 @ Nov 26 2010, 12:45 PM) I saw this young punk picking up 2 barbells and setting them down. He curled both, put one back and left the other there. I asked him if he was gonna put it back cos if I trip over it and get hurt, I get annoyed. People don't like it when I get annoyed. He said ok sorry and put it back. The PT's who were watching gave me the thumbs up sign. Lol. Seriously feel sorry for them, ain't their mess but they're forced to clean up after those uneducated lowlifes. lol, he has already put one back and still cant bother to put the other one back, seriously these ppl are lack of discipline. It wasnt tat bad last time, nowadays there is more ppl joining in and the probability of B@s tard increase at the same time. Dayum. This post has been edited by jamis: Nov 26 2010, 05:16 PM

"must" being the operative word. although iirc i think it was 1g/lbs to maintain and more than that to grow. i might be wrong though.
